  • Deterministic normalize, dedupe, constraints, and two-tier thresholding
  • AI Gate and structured Evaluate with a file-based prepare/finalize contract
  • Resume and cover-letter generation with verbatim verification and voice lint

Planned designed, not built
  • Direct-API providers for Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, and Workday — no actor needed
  • Incremental discovery that fetches only what's new since the last run
  • A validated, scriptable config editor (careeros config get / set / show)
  • Richer profile sections, such as adaptive framing and negotiation scripts
Research open questions
  • Outcome tracking (applied, response, interview, offer) to calibrate scoring on real conversion data
  • A SQLite store, if the Sheet-as-database approach ever hits real scaling limits
